Juniper Networks to Acquire WANDL, Inc.

SUNNYVALE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/16/13 -- Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR), the industry leader in network innovation, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire WANDL, Inc., a leading provider of software solutions for advanced planning, management, design and optimization of next-generation multi-layer networks. Under the terms of the agreement, Juniper Networks plans to acquire WANDL for a purchase price of approximately $60 million.
